A Historic Home in the Foothills of the Catskills, Upstate New York.

We recommend driving or renting a car to get to the property. It is the easiest method of transportation and gives you the freedom to explore the natural offerings of the area. The Neversink Unique Area, Sam's Point, and many farms and farmers markets are close-by and make great day trips.

OVERVIEW

The address is 173 Park Road, Wurtsboro NY 12790. If you type this address in Google Maps, it won't take you far enough down the street. We are located on the corner of Park Road and Columbian, a short distance past Camp Lakota. If you drive too far, you will hit a dead end. If you type 181 Park Road, Wurtsboro NY 12790 it will locate the property, properly.

When you drive up Park Rd you will pass a summer camp called Camp Lakota, slow down around this area as the camp kids can sometimes run out onto the road. Keep driving up the hill and you will see tennis courts on your left, then 200ft later a road on the left (this is Colombian), take a left down Columbian and the house is the first driveway on your right.

Driving by car takes approximately 1 hour and 50 minutes from NYC, in normal traffic conditions. If leaving from Lower Manhattan during peak traffic times, it can sometimes take an hour to get to the George Washington Bridge so you might want to Waze, go through the Holland or Lincoln Tunnel, etc.
